Gentlemen:

The Wisconsin State Firefighter’s Association will be holding their 44th convention, March 23-24, 2012 at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI.

If you would like to be part of our vendor program, please return the WSFA Exhibitor Form WITH YOUR CHECK no later than: TRUCKS-JANUARY 15, 2012 AND BOOTH VENDORS, MARCH 1, 2012. IF RETURNED AFTER ABOVE DATES, ADD $25.00 TO THE CHARGES BELOW.

The cost for the 2012 convention will be as follows: $200.00 for each 8’ back draped 8’ x 10’ booth with one 8’x30” skirted table/2 chairs and $125.00 for each additional booth. If electricity is required, the appropriate enclosed form should be mailed to the Grand Geneva with the appropriate check. If additional tables, etc., booth sign are needed, please note on the enclosed appropriate form and mail to WI Expo as there will be an additional charge that will be billed to you directly from WI Expo.

An inside truck space will be $400.00 for a 30’ space, which also includes a table. Outside space will cost $100.00, per unit.

Please note vendor hours. Hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23 and 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 24. We expect everyone to stay until closing. Set up time can begin on Thursday, March 22 at 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (for trucks) and 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. for booths and again Friday 7:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. (booths).

Tickets for the luncheon on Saturday will also be available to vendors at our cost, $15.00 ea. Please indicate on the enclosed form whether you are interested in the luncheon or not. Lunch will consist of a Cold Cut Sandwich Buffet. Luncheon tickets will be sent with your confirmation if so indicated and paid in advance. They cannot be purchased that day, as the hotel requires a head count prior to the luncheon on Saturday.

As in the past, the Wisconsin State Firefighter’s Association will be sponsoring a hospitality room, beer and soda, for approximately 1 - 1½ hours, both Friday and Saturday evening for members of the Association attending the Convention. Would you be interested in co-sponsoring this event? Your company name would be displayed in the hospitality room and on our convention programs should you decide to participate in this event. Please indicate on the enclosed form whether you would be interested and the amount that would be donated. Amounts donated are not advertised, just names of the companies donating.
