Information for the 2023 Vendor Show Which Will Take Place at the WSFA Annual Convention in La Crosse, WI on March 10-11, is Finally Available!

• Friday, March 10, 2023, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday, March 11, 2023, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The Wisconsin State Firefighter’s Association will be holding its Annual Convention, March 9-11, 2023 at the La Crosse Center in La Crosse, WI.

If you would like to be part of our vendor program, please return the enclosed WSFA Exhibitor Form along with payment no later than February 22, 2023. Registrations received after this date will require an additional fee of $25.00.

Please note vendor hours: As of now, set up can begin on Thursday, March 9 at 10:00 am for trucks and booths can begin at 1:00 pm. The vendor show itself is on Friday, March 10 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and Saturday, March 11 from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. Also note on the registration form there is a space to indicate the type of product you will show at your booth – please be sure to fill that in so that we can do our best to place competitors away from each other. You can also list specific competitors if you prefer. As the convention draws nearer, set-up times may be adjusted – you will be kept informed of any changes.

After reviewing the evaluations from previous years, it seems the consensus is that lunch is not needed on either Friday or Saturday. We will go that route this year and instead will provide a list of local restaurants with delivery will be provided. La Crosse has MANY options very close by.

As in the past, the Wisconsin State Firefighter’s Association will be hosting a hospitality reception for approximately 1 - 11⁄2 hours, Friday evening in the vendor hall from 4:45 pm – 6:15 pm for members of the Association attending the Convention. Would you be interested in co-sponsoring this event? Your company name would be displayed in the hospitality room and on our convention programs should you decide to participate in this event. Please indicate on the enclosed form whether you would be interested and the amount donated and include it with your check. Amounts donated are not advertised, just the names of the companies donating.

Prior to the convention all registered vendors will receive a reminder email to send the names of the representatives that will be presenting your company booth. THIS EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE PERSON LISTED AS THE CONTACT AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED. Name badges will be made based on the names you provide at this time, so if you do not respond you will have to wait until the day of the event to have your badges printed. Please be sure to include your email address (print clearly) in the space provided on the registration form.

If you wish to make reservations for hotel rooms in our block at the Radisson, the preferred method is to follow the link that can be found under the Convention tab on our website. Our block closes on Feb. 15, 2023. The nightly rate is $125.
