VENDOR SHOW
The Wisconsin State Firefighter’s Association will be holding their Annual Convention, March 10-12, 2022 at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay, WI.
If you would like to be part of our vendor program, please return the form below no later than FEBRUARY 14, 2022. Registrations received after this date will require an additional fee of $25.00.
Please note vendor hours: As of now, set up can begin on Thursday, March 10 at 10:00 am for booths and trucks can begin at 1:00 pm. The vendor show itself is on Friday, March 11 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and Saturday March 12 from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. Also note on the registration form there is a space to indicate the type of product you will show at your booth – please be sure to fill that in so that we can do our best to place competitors away from each other. You can also list specific competitors if you prefer. As the convention draws nearer, set-up times may be adjusted – you will be kept informed of any changes.
On Friday, lunch is on your own. On Saturday, 2 COMPLIMENTARY boxed lunches will be provided as part of your registration fee. Additional lunches for Saturday are available in advance to vendors at $25.00 ea. Please indicate on the enclosed form whether you are interested in the luncheon or not. This is important to our planning process.
As in the past, the Wisconsin State Firefighter’s Association will be hosting a hospitality reception for approximately 1 - 1½ hours, Friday evening in the vendor hall from 4:45 pm – 6:15 pm for members of the Association attending the Convention. Would you be interested in co-sponsoring this event? Your company name would be displayed in the hospitality room and on our convention programs should you decide to participate in this event. Please indicate on the enclosed form whether you would be interested and the amount donated and include with your check. Amounts donated are not advertised, just names of the companies donating.
Prior to the convention all registered vendors will receive a reminder email to send the names of the representatives that will be presenting your company booth. Name badges will be made based on the names you provide at this time. Please be sure to include your email address (print clearly) in the space provided on the registration form.
If you wish to make reservations for hotel rooms please do so here. Our block closes on Feb. 3, 2022. Nightly rate is $116 for a standard single or double suite.
